Job summary

HRTX is seeking an IT Compliance Specialist to support the development and modernization of our IT control framework. You will help ensure the operating effectiveness of User Access Reviews and align IT controls with identified risks using GRC solutions.

The role involves implementing automated monitoring, collaborating across teams, and addressing IT compliance issues related to SOC 2/3, HIPAA, NIST, and SOX. A strong background in IAM and risk management is required.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in CS or Information Security required.
3+ years IT SOX and HIPAA experience in a healthcare or public company setting.
Experience operating and maintaining GRC tools for IT risk management and compliance.

Responsibilities

Assist in developing and modernizing the IT common control framework.
Facilitate and ensure operating effectiveness of periodic User Access Reviews.
Align and maintain IT controls to identified risks in GRC solutions.
Support development and implementation of automated control compliance monitoring solutions.
Collaborate with various teams for IT Compliance activities as required.
Identify and respond to IT compliance issues and incidents related to systems and workflow.
Assist coordinating remediation efforts for IT SOX, SOC 2/3, HIPAA, NIST, and other assessments.
