Job summary

Maybank Philippines is seeking an IT Audit Officer to execute the approved Annual Audit Plan and strengthen IT risk governance to support management in achieving corporate goals. You will complete assigned reviews within deadlines, assess control design and operating effectiveness, prepare findings, and perform data analytics to provide insights.

A minimum of four years in IT audit with banking experience and COBIT knowledge is required, with supervisory experience preferred.

Qualifications

Four (4) years IT audit and banking experience with at least two (2) years in a supervisory role.
Experience in IT General Controls and IT Application Controls reviews, plus cybersecurity, cloud, virtualization and mobile computing.
Familiar with operating systems, databases, networks and cyber/IT security tools.
Familiar with COBIT Framework.
Certifications in Cybersecurity, CISA, CIA or IT/audit related certifications preferred.
Knowledge of BSP and government rules and regulations.
Proficient in MS Office, M365 and CAATs tools.

Responsibilities

Completes assigned audit reviews based on the approved Audit Plan within deadlines.
analyzes risk levels and assesses control design and operating effectiveness.
Prepares and reviews audit findings and reports within standard timeframes.
Reviews prior audit reports and issues related to the unit being audited.
Establishes/updates Audit Programs after each assignment.
Performs data analytics and provides audit insights.
