Job summary

EastWest Banking Corporation in Taguig City seeks an Information Systems Audit Deputy Head to lead the Pre-Implementation Audit function, ensuring technology initiatives are reviewed before go-live.

You'll conduct SDLC, infrastructure, and IT project audits, manage IT compliance activities, and collaborate with stakeholders to strengthen the control environment. The role reports to Internal Audit and offers a hybrid work arrangement within a growing bank.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in IT/CS/IS/CE or related field.
10–12 years in Information Systems or IT Audit, preferably in banking or regulated industries.
Hands-on experience in Pre-Implementation Audits and SDLC reviews.
Strong knowledge of technology risk management, IT governance, cybersecurity, and controls.

Responsibilities

Lead the Bank's Pre-Implementation Audit function for technology initiatives.
Audit SDLC, new applications, and infrastructure-related projects.
Manage IT compliance activities and selected IT audit engagements.
Collaborate with stakeholders to strengthen the overall control environment.
Stay updated on digital transformation, cyber security, and technology risk trends.
Mentor and develop audit professionals within the team.
