Job summary

EPAM Systems is seeking an iOS Software Engineering Manager to steer direction for a Swift-based iOS platform and raise engineering standards. You will lead architecture, delivery, and release practices across native iOS apps while partnering with product, design, backend, and engineering leadership.

You will define the technical vision, enforce coding standards, drive the iOS roadmap, and mentor engineers across senior, mid, and junior levels.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of native iOS app development.
• 2+ years of leadership driving teams.
• Expert-level Swift and iOS SDK.
• Experience with MVVM, Clean Architecture and Swift Concurrency.
• Strong English communication.

Responsibilities

• Define and evolve the technical vision for native iOS apps.
• Set coding standards and architectural patterns across iOS.
• Drive iOS roadmap balancing product and technical debt.
• Collaborate with design to deliver pixel-perfect UI per HIG.
• Design integrations with backend services (REST/GraphQL).
• Lead code reviews and ensure code quality.
• Own end-to-end release lifecycle and App Store submissions.
• Mentor iOS engineers across levels.
• Coordinate with stakeholders to align mobile strategy.
