Personal Collection Direct Selling Inc. is a Philippines-based direct-selling company seeking candidates for Commercial Operations.

You will ensure accurate order processing, proper invoicing, and cash compliance while supporting sales and delivering excellent customer service. Responsibilities include processing orders, maximizing upselling opportunities, handling MCP transactions, encoding new recruit data, conducting RPO/H2H calls, and maintaining product availability with planogram and 5S

Qualifications

• Preferably graduate with a college degree.
• Preferably with experience in direct selling, sales, relationship management or a similar work environment.
• Interpersonal & Team Skills: Strong communication, rapport-building, adaptability, and ability to work independently or collaboratively under pressure.

Responsibilities
