Job summary

Dedale Intelligence is seeking an investment analyst to join the private software and technology research team in Manila. The role targets graduates with internships in strategy consulting, PE, investment banking or venture capital, and provides training, mentorship, and rapid development in fundamental analysis and valuation.

You will conduct deep research, perform financial due diligence, and present insights to support multi-million investments.

Qualifications

• Graduates with 1–2 years in management consulting or finance internships.
• Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills.
• Excellent written and spoken English.

Responsibilities

• Conduct deep fundamental research on software and technology companies.
• Perform strategic due diligence and financial analysis on listed and private tech firms.

Your Responsibilities

• Conduct deep fundamental research on software & technology companies
• Perform strategic due diligence and financial analysis on publicly listed and privately owned software & technology companies
• Leverage both quantitative modelling and qualitative insights generation through expert interviews
• Collaborate with a strong team of peers and experienced ex-Tier 1 management consultants contributing to the research
• Deliver high quality and valuable deliverables that will support decision making on multi-million investments
• Communicate your research findings internally and externally
• Naturally grow in the team to take on more and more responsibilities and develop yourself as a strong professional
• Daily monitoring of the already identified companies
• Preparation of financial research and analysis, strategic screening and communication materials for our members
• Leading interviews in English with professional experts
• Support on process improvement and new companies screening

Your Qualifications

• You are a Tier 1 business school young graduate specialized in strategy/corporate finance/investment.
• You have relevant 1-2 years of experiences in management consulting, strategic consulting, and finance (with several internships in finance/tech/startup or corporate company)
• You have excellent analyst skills and a strong strategic thinking mind - you know how to look for key inputs and do smart correlations.
• You have strong oral and written communication skills in English.
• You like working in a small team with a high level of exposure, responsibilities, and impact.
• You want to learn fast; you are proactive and self-motivated.
