• Support portfolio management and digital platforms.
• Draft investment memos summarizing research findings.

Whitestone Holdings is a Manila-based alternative investment firm specializing in value-add real estate. We’re looking for hungry, analytical students to help us transform undervalued assets into high-performing investments.

What You Will Do

• Asset Identification: Help the team scout for “Value-Add” and “Deep Value” real estate opportunities across industrial, commercial, and residential sectors.
• Market Intelligence: Conduct research on market trends in the Philippine real estate landscape and the global Fintech/Proptech sectors.
• Financial Data Support: Assist in gathering data for property valuations, cap rate analysis, and ROI projections.
• Property Listings & Tech: Support the management of our investment portfolio and digital platforms.
• Reporting: Draft brief investment memos summarizing research findings for senior management.
