Job summary

KadaKareer is seeking a Junior Officer for the Trust Banking Group / Investment Services Division / Investment Execution Department in Metro Manila to execute trades across asset classes and ensure best execution for clients.

You will work with internal and external stakeholders, maintain documentation with counterparties, and manage investment lines and limits. Degree in related fields and SEC/TCP certifications are preferred for growth in this role.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Finance, or related fields.
• Experience in Trust, Treasury, asset management, trading, or investments.
• SEC and TCP certifications will eventually be required.
• Effective interpersonal skills to develop and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Executing tradable securities for TBG clients based on best execution and fair dealing principles.
• Handling transactions across multiple asset classes such as Time Deposits, Money Market Instruments, Fixed Income, Equities, Offshore Funds, FX and Derivatives.
• Managing deals in both primary and secondary markets, onshore and offshore.
• Ensuring all transactions are within trader limits.
• Providing internal clients with timely lists of available investment outlets.
• Maintaining accurate and properly documented details with accredited counterparties and brokers.

Your Role

Key responsibilities include:

• Executing tradable securities for TBG clients based on best execution and fair dealing principles.
• Handling transactions across multiple asset classes such as Time Deposits, Money Market Instruments, Local and Global Fixed Income, Equities, Offshore Funds/Collective Investment Schemes, Foreign Exchange related to investments in USD or other currencies, and Derivatives within BSP allowable securities.
• Managing deals in both primary and secondary markets, onshore and offshore.
• Ensuring all transactions are within trader limits.
• Providing internal clients with timely lists of available investment outlets.
• Maintaining accurate and properly documented details with accredited counterparties and brokers.
• Overseeing accreditation, renewal, extension, addition, reduction, and deletion of lines and investment limits with counterparties and brokers.
• Ensuring transactions with accredited counterparties and brokers comply with approved lines and limits.

About You
