Responsibilities

• Track and document all receipts, withdrawals, and stock levels using ERP systems or inventory logs.
• Unload freight, inspect deliveries for damage or discrepancies, and organize returns.
• Categorize and store goods efficiently (e.g., using the FIFO method) while ensuring a clean, safe environment.
• Monitor stock levels and initiate purchase orders or requisitions when items hit minimum limits.
• Conduct regular physical inventory counts and reconcile them against book balances to prevent shrinkage.
