A leading coffee company in Taguig seeks an Inventory Management Analyst responsible for ensuring accurate inventory and product costing across systems like SAP and WMS. The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor's Degree in Accountancy and has 1–2 years of relevant experience. Key responsibilities include system reconciliation, discrepancy resolution, and reporting on landed costs. This role offers a chance to work closely with Supply Chain teams in a dynamic environment.
This critical role ensures that both the physical stock and the financial costs are accurately reflected across our primary systems, SAP and the Warehouse Management System (WMS).
Responsible for ensuring the accuracy and completeness of inventory in SAP in terms of cost and quantity, both in the warehouse and stores. Monitoring, updating, and providing analysis of product landed cost and effect regular product revaluation in the system. Maintains and updates product SRP, cost, and gross profit margin per item. Responsible in the creation of product SKU, SRP, and POS name. Processing of inventory stock transfer and goods issue. Inventory count of the company’s products in the warehouse and stores. Identify, reconcile, and resolve inventory discrepancies between SAP, WMS, and actual physical inventory count. Acts as the point person for WMS concerns. Works closely with the people of WMS and the Supply Chain Management Team.
System Reconciliation: Ensure daily synchronization and reconciliation of product quantities and locations between SAP, WMS, and physical inventory.
Discrepancy Resolution: Promptly identify, investigate, and resolve all inventory discrepancies.
Movement Processing: Process approved stock transfers and goods issues accurately and timely in coordination with the WMS team.
WMS Liaison: Act as the primary point of contact for WMS concerns, collaborating closely with the WMS and Supply Chain teams.
Physical Counts: Coordinate and participate in regular cycle counts and full wall-to-wall physical counts across the warehouse and stores.
Landed Cost Management: Monitor, update, and analyze product landed costs, ensuring accurate documentation from Import Associates (freight, brokerage, customs invoices).
Costing & Revaluation: Provide cost estimates for new shipments and effect regular product revaluation in SAP based on actual verified landed costs.
Master Data & Pricing: Maintain and update product SKUs, SRPs (Standard Retail Prices), costs, and gross profit margins in SAP following internal approvals.
Reporting: Analyze and report on any significant fluctuations in landed costs and their impact on profitability.
Education: Bachelor's Degree in BS Accountancy or a closely related Finance/Accounting field.
Experience: 1–2 years of relevant professional experience in Accounting, Finance, or Inventory Control.
System Proficiency: Proven, hands‑on experience utilizing SAP.
Analytical Skills: Advanced proficiency in MS Excel for data manipulation, analysis, and report compilation.
Experience reconciling inventory across multiple integrated systems (SAP and WMS).
Solid understanding of product importation processes and landed cost calculation.
