Job summary

Moog Inc. in Baguio City, Philippines, is seeking an Internal Logistics Coordinator I-1 to support the Main Warehouse and Warehouse Auxiliary operations.

You will manage inbound receiving, inventory control, material issuance, and movement, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely processing in a safety-conscious environment. You will perform cycle counts, organize storage, track KPIs, and support continuous improvement initiatives including Lean, 5S, and Kanban.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field required or equivalent
• Strong knowledge of ERP/MBS systems and inventory processes
• Attention to detail with problem-solving mindset

Responsibilities

• Receive inbound shipments and ensure documentation accuracy
• Perform cycle counts and maintain organized storage and labeling
• Review and issue materials for production and shipments
• Operate warehouse equipment and support maintenance activities
• Monitor KPIs and participate in continuous improvement initiatives
