Job summary

ARCHON PHILIPPINES is seeking a capable Inventory Management professional to oversee stock accuracy, receiving, and system transactions. You will coordinate with service teams, manage records, and support planning and billing processes across operations.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree, proficiency in Excel, and experience in warehouse or inventory control. A driving license is a plus, with on-site duties in Batangas.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in any business-related course.
• Experience in inventory management or warehouse operations.
• Familiarity with inventory management software and Excel.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Process actual receiving of trucks, heavy equipment, and spare parts under the head office stock yard.
• Ensure accuracy of actual and system inventory.
• Process system transactions including goods receipts and stock transfers.
• Accurately record all inventory transactions (receipts, returns, transfers, dispatches).
• Monitor stock condition to prevent damages, breakage, or obsolescence.
• Act as liaison between service team and customers.
• Handle inquiries, complaints, and scheduling efficiently.
• Attend customer visits with professionalism.
• Process service orders, reports, and spreadsheets (often in Excel or SAP).
• Maintain accurate service records and documentation.
• Coordinate billing for completed work and service.
• Assist in planning and logistics.
