Job summary

Mindbridge Resources Corporation is hiring an Inventory Controller for our Tubao, La Union area. This role involves safeguarding LPG cylinder inventory, verifying documents, and coordinating with field teams to ensure accurate counts and timely dispatch.

Fresh graduates with a business degree are welcome. The position requires willingness to perform field work, long hours, and staying onsite with rotating weekly days off.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business-related field is required.
• No experience needed; open to fresh graduates.
• Willingness to perform field/outdoor work and long hours when operations require.
• Willing to work 6 days a week with a Tuesday or Thursday day off.
• Onsite work arrangement at Tubao, La Union. Unstructured travel may be required.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and witness accurate filling and dispatch of LPG cylinders.
• Verify documents vs actual cylinder inventory.
• Inspect returning vehicles and reconcile inventory records.
• Check vehicles for undeclared items leaving the plant.
• Maintain inventory logs and documentation records.
• Report issues such as shortages, theft, or non-compliance.
• Recommend improvements to company control systems.

We are looking for Inventory Controllers' to join our team.

Qualifications

• With a Bachelor's Degree in any Business course
• No experience can apply
• Must be willing to perform field or outdoor work
• Must be open to working 8 to 12 hours a day or more, depending on operations (until all vehicles have returned to the plant)
• Must be willing to be shuffled to different refilling plants every 6 months (Lodging and allowance will be provided)
• Must be willing to work 6 days a week, with day off scheduled on either Tuesday or Thursday
• Willing to be assigned Onsite
