Job summary

Pinnacle Quality Food Inc. in Cebu, Philippines is seeking an Inventory Control Assistant to ensure accuracy of our inventory records and compliance with documentation.

The role supports fast-paced site operations across warehouse and distribution functions, driving error-free reporting and timely corrective actions. The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Commerce or Industrial Engineering, 2–3 years in related industries, and SAP/data analysis experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Commerce, or Industrial Engineering.
• 2–3 years' experience in Commissary, Pharmaceutical, Logistics or Manufacturing.
• Experience in inventory control in a food manufacturing industry or similar.
• Prefer SAP experience and data analysis skills.
• Willing to work onsite in Danao, Cebu.

Responsibilities

• Ensure integrity and accuracy of the inventory management system.
• Provide reports to monitor key inventory areas and address discrepancies.
• Initiate corrective actions and coordinate with suppliers and support groups.
• Work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
• Communicate effectively and collaborate for continuous improvement.
• Work independently or in a team to resolve issues and maintain accuracy.
