An Inventory Clerk is responsible for managing and maintaining the organization’s inventory. This includes tracking inventory levels, ensuring accurate stock counts, receiving shipments, organizing products, and ensuring proper documentation for inventory movement. They work closely with other departments to ensure the smooth flow of goods and maintain adequate stock levels.

Key Responsibilities:

• Inventory Management: Track and maintain inventory levels through manual and digital systems (e.g., spreadsheets or inventory software).
• Stocking and Organization: Ensure products are stored properly and that inventory is organized in a way that allows for easy retrieval and efficient use of space.
• Receiving and Inspecting Shipments: Verify that incoming goods match purchase orders and inspect for damages or discrepancies.

Qualifications:
