Job summary

Potato Burger Express is seeking an Inventory Auditor to join our team in the Philippines. The role focuses on physical inventory counts, reconciling variances, and enforcing inventory control policies to improve accuracy and efficiency.

The ideal candidate has a bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance and 1–3 years of internal auditing experience, with strong analytical and communication skills, and the ability to work both independently and in a team.

• 1-3 years of relevant experience in internal auditing.

Responsibilities

• Conduct physical inventory counts and reconcile actual stock with system records to identify variances, losses, or discrepancies.
• Ensure compliance with inventory control policies and recommend corrective actions to improve accuracy and efficiency.
• Identify issues, document findings, and recommend corrective and preventive actions
• Monitor and evaluate processes to ensure compliance with quality standards and company policies.
• Skilled in data analysis and reporting using Google Sheets and Microsoft Excel
