Job summary

Allegro MicroSystems, LLC is seeking an Inventory Accountant in the Philippines to oversee inventory accounting and supervise the Quantity Accuracy Program (QAP) for AMPI and AML.

You will perform quarterly reviews of R&D lots, verify on-hold inventories, review wafer bank lots, and coordinate with Logistics and the DYE team. Strong attention to detail and confidentiality are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in Accountancy required.
• CPA license is an advantage but not mandatory.
• At least 1 year of relevant inventory experience.
• Strong written and verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Performs quarterly R&D lot reviews (AML).
• Performs quarterly random verification of on-hold lots or inventories for proper disposition (WIP/INV - AML).
• Responsible for the monthly Wafer Bank Foundry lots review (every 3rd week of the month – AML).
• Conducts verification of monthly Polar RMA status with DYE team (AML).
• Performs monthly freight accrual (AML).
• Reviews and approves Materials Inventory Scrap Review requests in E-Forms (AMPI).
• Monitors PHA lots with negative quantities and coordinates with Logistics for Oracle transactions (AMPI).
• Prepares monthly BU Reclass for Inventory-related accounts (AMPI).
• Prepares monthly tape & reel analysis (AMPI).
• Prepares monthly RM consumption analysis (AMPI).
• Supports adhoc projects and other duties as assigned.
