Job summary

Dempsey Resource Management is seeking an experienced auditor to support internal and external audit activities, risk assessment, and compliance across project sites in the Philippines. The role emphasizes strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to operate with integrity in a dynamic environment.

The ideal candidate has a relevant degree and experience in audits, with preference for exposure to construction or engineering sectors.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• Experience in internal or external audit, compliance, or related roles.
• Experience in construction, engineering, fire protection, or a similar industry is an advantage.
• Experience conducting project/site or field audits is highly preferred.
• Strong understanding of internal controls, audit procedures, risk assessment, and compliance.
• Strong analytical, investigative, and problem-solving skills with excellent attention to detail.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Word.
• Ability to work independently, maintain confidentiality, and exercise sound judgment.
• Willingness to travel regularly to project sites and other company locations.
