A leading insurance firm in Quezon City is seeking an experienced auditor to conduct field audits and assess internal controls. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor’s degree in Accountancy, and a CPA license is a plus. Responsibilities include preparing audit reports and maintaining transaction records. This full-time position offers various benefits including medical reimbursement and a scholarship program. The applicant must be detail-oriented and willing to work onsite and travel for audits.

Qualifications

• Must be willing to work onsite in Quezon City.
• Experience with an insurance company is a plus.
• Must be willing to travel for onsite field audit.
• Must be keen to details and computer literate; willing to work onsite in Quezon City and travel for onsite field audit.

Responsibilities

• Conduct field audits.
• Prepare audit reports for review.
• Maintain records of internal audit transactions.
• Review specific accounts and units upon request by the Internal Audit Head.
• Prepares audit reports to be reviewed by the Internal Audit Head.
• Maintain records of all circulars and memorandums, both internal and external.
• Maintains records of all internal audit transactions.
• Works closely with the Internal Audit Head; and
• Perform other tasks as may be assigned by the Internal Audit Head, EVP, President, and/or the Audit and Inventory Committee.

Job Description

• Conducts field audits;
• Check and review daily Check Voucher (CV) transactions;
• Assess the effectiveness and efficiency of internal controls related to CV transactions;
• Review specific accounts and units upon request by the Internal Audit Head;
• Prepares audit reports to be reviewed by the Internal Audit Head;
• Maintain records of all circulars and memorandums, both internal and external;
• Maintains records of all internal audit transactions;
• Works closely with the Internal Audit Head; and
• Perform other tasks as may be assigned by the Internal Audit Head, EVP, President, and/or the Audit and Inventory Committee.
