Job summary

Quanta Philippines is seeking an experienced Internal Auditor to assess the adequacy, effectiveness, and efficiency of internal control systems and procedures. You will identify risks and recommend improvements to enhance controls and reduce costs.

The role requires at least 3 years of internal audit experience, preferably in manufacturing or FMCG, with strong knowledge of SOX and US GAAP and proficiency in accounting software such as SAP, Oracle, ACL, SCALA, and QuickBooks.

Qualifications

• At least 3 years’ experience as Internal Auditor.
• Assignment in a manufacturing or FMCG company is an advantage.

• Examine and evaluate the adequacy, effectiveness and efficiency of internal control systems and procedures.

Job description

The Internal Auditor examines and evaluates the adequacy, effectiveness and efficiency of the organization's internal control systems and procedures and recommends corrective actions to improve operations, enhance internal controls and reduce costs where possible.

WORK EXPERIENCE

At least 3 years’ experience as Internal Auditor, assignment in a manufacturing or FMCG company is an advantage

COMPETENCIES AND SKILLS

• Knowledgeable in Sarbanes-Oxley (SOX) and US GAAP
• Highly proficient in MS Applications and Accounting Software (SAP, ORACLE, DA JET, ACL, SCALA, QuickBooks)
• Possesses high level of critical thinking and problem-solving skills
• Articulate and persuasive in communicating effectively to clarify complex data and sensitive information.
• Can easily adapt to changes in the working environment
