Job summary

Asia Affinity Property Management, Inc. is seeking an Internal Audit Manager for a full-time, on-site role based in Metro Manila.

The position oversees internal audit engagements, assesses control effectiveness, and ensures regulatory compliance across finance, accounting, and operations. The role involves developing audit plans, performing risk assessments, reviewing financial records, testing controls, preparing reports, and presenting findings to management while supporting remedial actions

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years experience in internal audit roles.
• Experience in planning, fieldwork, reporting of audits.
• Strong understanding of financial statements and reporting.
• Knowledge of regulations and audit standards in property/hospitality preferred.
• CPA/CIA certifications are an advantage.
• Excellent communication and collaboration across departments.
• High integrity, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple audits.

Role Description

The Internal Audit Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Metro Manila. This role is responsible for planning, executing, and overseeing internal audit engagements to assess the effectiveness of financial processes, internal controls, and compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements. Day-to-day tasks include developing audit plans, performing risk assessments, reviewing financial records and reports, testing internal controls, and documenting audit findings and recommendations. The Internal Audit Manager collaborates with finance, accounting, and operations teams to address identified issues, strengthen controls, and improve efficiency. The role also includes preparing clear audit reports, presenting results to management, and supporting the implementation of corrective actions and best practices.

Qualifications

• 5 years experience in the same role.
• Proven background in conducting financial audits, including planning, fieldwork, documentation, and reporting.
• Solid foundation in finance and accounting to understand financial statements, transactions, and reporting requirements.
• Experience in designing, implementing, and reviewing internal controls to ensure compliance and operational integrity.
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or a related field; professional certifications (e.g., CPA, CIA) are an advantage.
• Knowledge of relevant regulations, audit standards, and best practices in property management or hospitality is preferred.
• Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively across departments.
• High level of integrity, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple audits and deadlines effectively.
