Job summary

Dempsey Resource Management is seeking a Head of Internal Audit in Victorias City, Negros Occidental. The role requires a CPA with 7–10 years of progressive audit experience and 3–5 years in a senior leadership position, with strong IFRS/IFAC knowledge and proficiency in audit software and MS Office.

The successful candidate will oversee audit planning, execution, risk assessment, and assurance across procurement, finance, IT, and operations, driving compliance, reporting, and process

Qualifications

• CPA certification is required for the role.
• CIA certification is highly preferred.
• Minimum 7–10 years of progressive audit experience.
• At least 3–5 years in a senior audit leadership role (Audit Manager level or higher).
• Strong knowledge of internal audit standards.
• Proficient in audit management software and Microsoft Office.
