Who We're Looking For

Essential Criteria

• Background: 2-4 years’ experience in Australian accounting work including end-to-end bookkeeping, BAS preparation and management reporting.

• Certifications: Active Philippine CPA license is highly regarded but not required. Xero, MYOB

• Framework Mastery: Strong comprehension of Australian GST structures, transaction flows, and working paper preparation.

• Experience managing multi-client workloads, with the ability to manage deadlines and schedules.

• Familiar with Practice Management software for managing client jobs (e.g., Karbon, XPM)

• Communication: Excellent English skills with the confidence to collaborate in real-time with international stakeholders.

• Technology savvy — willing to research new applications to design and implement workflow enhancements for clients

• Familiar with the use of AI tools to research and code solutions

Package

Starting Salary: ₱50,000 – ₱60,000/month
