Job summary

DBE Granite Enterprise in Quezon City is seeking a talented Interior Designer / Licensed Architect to join our team for fit-out projects. This full-time, office-based role focuses on delivering high-quality and functional designs for clients.

Ideal candidates have 1–3 years of experience in fit-out, modular cabinetry, furniture manufacturing, or interior construction, with a Bachelor’s in Architecture and proficiency in SketchUp and similar software.

Qualifications

• Licensed Architect is highly preferred.
• Bachelor's Degree in Architecture or a related field.
• Minimum of two (2) years of relevant experience in fit-out, modular cabinetry, furniture manufacturing, or interior construction.

Responsibilities

• Meet and consult with clients to understand their design requirements, preferences, budget, and project objectives.
• Conduct site inspections, measurements, and surveys for project planning and implementation.
• Prepare space planning, shop drawings, technical drawings, and complete construction details.
• Develop high-quality 3D renderings and design presentations using industry-standard software.
• Prepare accurate quotations, material estimates, cutting lists, and project proposals.
• Produce complete drawings and documentation required for CNC manufacturing and production.
• Coordinate closely with the sales, production, and installation teams to ensure project accuracy and smooth execution.
• Identify design or construction issues and recommend practical and cost-effective solutions.
• Respond to technical inquiries from clients and internal teams.
• Ensure all designs comply with applicable building codes, industry standards, and company quality requirements.
