The role splits time between showroom consultations, modular layout design, high-end client pitches, and hands-on site management. The ideal candidate has a PRC registration as Interior Designer, 3+ years in interior design with modular cabinetry, and proficiency in AutoCAD and SketchUp for precise blueprints and 3D renderings.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree relevant to the job.
• At least 3 years of relevant experience in Interior Design & Modular Cabinetry.
• PRC Registered Interior Designer (Non-Licensed are welcome to apply).

Responsibilities

• Lead consultations with high-end residential and commercial clients to establish project briefs and present mood boards, 3D renderings, and material palettes.
• Design modular cabinetry systems and guide clients through luxury materials, storage solutions, and premium hardware.
• Draft detailed floor plans, elevations, joinery details, cutlists, and working drawings for modular kitchen and storage fabrication.
• Collaborate with fabricators, contractors, project managers, and suppliers to resolve site readiness and technical variations.
• Conduct on-site inspections to verify dimensions, progress, and QA custom fabrications, modular fit-outs, and hardware before handover.

• EXPERIENCE: Atleast 3 years of relevant experience in Interior Design & Modular Cabinetry.
• ELIGIBILITY: PRC Registered Interior Designer (Non-Licensed are welcome to apply).
• SKILLS: Proficient in industry-standard interior design software, including AutoCAD & SketchUp, to produce accurate blueprints & 3D renderings.
