Job summary

Chevron Philippines Incorporated seeks an Intercompany Analyst to join our Makati team. Based in 6750 Building, Makati City, the role handles intercompany transactions, month-end close, reconciliations and settlements, ensuring GAAP compliance and accurate records.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, support ad hoc intercompany activities, and contribute to a high-performing, inclusive workplace. Hybrid work options are available within the Philippines.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting is required.
• Strong oral and written communication skills are expected.
• Excellent analytical, teamwork and customer engagement abilities.
• Must be proactive, results-oriented and customer-focused.

Responsibilities

• Process intercompany transactions and prepare local invoices for compliance.
• Perform month-end accounting close activities.
• Reconcile and analyze intercompany accounts and escalate imbalances.
• Settle and collect intercompany balances.
• Ensure GAAP-compliant records and regulatory adherence.
• Support other intercompany activities as needed.
• Coordinate special projects and ad hoc duties.
