Job summary

DTCC is seeking an Integration Analyst to manage client onboarding for the DTCC Solutions suite. You will act as the primary contact for client engagements, oversee project plans, and drive onboarding through go-live to meet targeted dates.

You will collaborate with internal teams, resolve issues, and educate clients on materials and processes while promoting best practices and risk controls across onboarding activities.

Qualifications

The Impact You Will Have In This Role Being a member of the Integration team, the Integration Analyst works directly with clients and internal business partners to manage the implementation of the DTCC Solutions suite of products. The Integration Analyst will act as the primary point of contact for Client engagements while managing a project plan, and executing and overseeing all onboarding activities through "go- live" to ensure targeted completion dates are achieved.

Your Primary Responsibilities

• Manage all aspects of existing Client amendments including account additions, terminations, mergers and name changes.
• Ensure accurate and timely resolutions to all issues that arise during the Client amendment projects
• Execute on Global Verification and approval process for new Client onboarding and amendments
• Educate Clients on the project materials required for the Client amendment process
• Monitor client progress during initial production rollout of Client amendment changes.
• Proactively share best practices with team members inside and outside of Onboarding.
• Support the maintenance of internal procedure documentation for existing Client amendments
• Recommend improvement ideas to increase the efficiencies and effectiveness of the team
• Proactively manage outreach and execution of Clients incident remediation as directed by management
• Contribute to internal projects when required by management
• Aligns risk and control processes into day to day responsibilities to monitor and mitigate risk; escalates appropriately

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent experience
