Job summary

Accenture in the Philippines is seeking an Analyst/Consultant in Insurance to tackle challenging transformation programs for global clients from Manila.

You will contribute to insurance projects across claims, distribution, analytics, and platform migrations, work with senior teams, and develop client-facing deliverables while building domain expertise in insurance value chain.

Qualifications

• 2–7 years of work experience in Insurance projects (Group/Individual).
• Experience with insurance value chain levers such as distribution, underwriting, policy or customer service.
• Certifications in analytics, machine learning, automation are desirable.

Deliver assigned Insurance projects spanning areas such as claims transformation, distribution and marketing transformation, cost reduction, digital transformation, tech/ ops transformation, applied intelligence, analytics, automation and so on. expertise in Insurance value chain

OR Delivering on Insurance platforms projects spanning areas such as Developing comprehensive digital platforms, Embedded Insurance Solutions, Migrating legacy systems to Guidewire/Duckcreek/Other platforms, etc.

Support the leadership in business development and drafting appropriate responses to win new business for Accenture

Manage relationships with internal and external stakeholders and help the team liaison with other groups for successful project delivery

Build and leverage network within Accenture to bring the best of Accenture capabilities to the client

Support asset development, contribute to thought leadership, staffing needs, and capacity building

Bring your best skills forward to excel in the role:

Strong consulting and technology acumen

Extensive knowledge of Group insurance products with expertise in at least one of the insurance value chain levers spanning distribution, underwriting, policy, customer service

Good client engagement skills to be demonstrated during the entire project lifecycle

Ability to produce high caliber reports, PoVs, market relevant assets and accelerators

Good analytical skills to provide clarity to complex issues and gather data-driven insights

Excellent communication, interpersonal and presentation skills

Cross-cultural competence with an ability to thrive in a dynamic consulting environment

2+ years of work experience in Insurance based projects (Group/Individual)

Industry certifications such as FLMI, ALMI, CPCU, AINS, FIII are desirable

Functional certifications in analytics, machine learning, automation, desirable

International work experience, and/or transferable work permit for countries like US or UK, would be a plus

Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, including PowerPoint, Excel, and data visualization tools, such as Power BI, Tableau, QlikView or Alteryx

Experience in delivering complex transformation programs in Insurance would be preferred
