Conduct Financial Needs Analyses (FNA) to assess a client's current financial situation, risk profile, and future targets.
Develop customized financial roadmaps for:

Savings & Wealth Accumulation / Investment-Linked Plans (VULs) (e.g., Vision Achiever)
Education & Retirement Planning

Generate potential client leads through networking, referrals, social media/digital marketing, and community outreach.
Schedule and conduct face-to-face or virtual consultations.
Achieve individual monthly and quarterly sales targets set by the agency branch.
Provide continuous portfolio reviews as clients' life goals, incomes, or family needs evolve.
Assist clients with policy servicing, premium payments, policy renewals, and claims processing.
Complete mandatory training modules from the AXA Academy.
Obtain required licenses from the Insurance Commission (IC) for Traditional Life and Investment-Linked (Variable) products.
Maintain strict adherence to insurance compliance, data privacy, and ethical standards.
Education: Bachelor’s degree in any field (Business, Marketing, Finance, or related degrees preferred, but open to all disciplines).
Experience: Sales, customer service, banking, or corporate experience is an advantage, but fresh graduates and career shifters are widely accepted.
