Job summary

Bayzat, a UAE-based HRTech and insurance services leader, seeks an Insurance Operations professional to manage policy placement, document verification, and client communications.

You will maintain insurer relationships, submit policies, monitor the Salesforce dashboard, ensure turnaround times, and help drive accurate policy data while collaborating across teams in a flexible remote/hybrid setup.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of experience in insurance, Sales Operations or Account Management.
• Excellent verbal and written communications skills.
• Strong strategic and critical thinking with problem-solving ability.
• Highly organized and detail-oriented.
• Proven ability to build relationships and work cross-functionally.

Responsibilities

• Placing policies with insurers.
• Understand the documentation requirements from all insurance companies.
• Collect, and review documents submitted by clients to ensure they comply with necessary requirements / refer to the Confluence checklist and placement process for accuracy.
• Follow up with clients for documents, and ??
• Submit policies (through the insurers portal and via email) and follow up with insurers.
• Update and monitor the Salesforce Policy Placement Dashboard on a daily basis to ensure.
• Compliance with the agreed turnaround time.
• Track and update the accuracy data for each placement (client, operations and insurer accuracy)
