Job summary

Arch Global Services (Philippines) Inc. is seeking an Operations Analyst to collect, organize, interpret, document, and analyze contracts or slips.

You will process data into systems, ensure accuracy, and create queries and reports for underwriting support, risk capture, or bordereaux management for Lloyds Syndicate policies. Ideal candidates have strong English communication, analytical skills, and the ability to work collaboratively in an international team.

Qualifications

• Degree in business-related field.
• Strong analytical and data processing skills.
• Experience in insurance/operational services is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Interpret data, analyze results, and process transactions in various systems.
• Support London Market Policy & Endorsement data capture.
• Prepare and issue documents and reports accurately per specifications.
• Interact with local and onshore teams to complete deliverables.
• Communicate issues or queries promptly to ensure quick resolution.
• Assist with troubleshooting and improving processes as needed.
