2. Sales and Marketing: Actively seeking new clients through marketing, networking, cold-calling, and referrals, as well as renewing existing clients’ policies. They may also promote specific insurance plans or deals.
3. Policy Customization: Tailoring insurance plans to meet individual or business needs, recommending appropriate coverage based on the client’s financial situation and risks.
4. Underwriting and Documentation: Completing necessary paperwork for new policies, renewals, and claims. They may also assist clients with claims processing and act as an intermediary between clients and the insurance company.
5. Customer Service: Maintaining strong relationships with clients, answering their questions, resolving issues, and providing ongoing support related to their policies.
6. Compliance: Ensuring that all sales practices and policies meet regulatory requirements and industry standards.
