Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience with data profiling, extraction, analysis, and BI in a business environment.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including PivotTables, Formulas, Charting, and Power Query.
• Experience creating dashboards and visualizations using Power BI.
• Advanced SQL skills and experience joining multiple datasets.
• Experience working with structured and unstructured datasets.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Discover, analyze, and scope data requests from internal business users.
• Gather and analyze data pertaining to various business functions such as Finance, Accounting, Human Resources, and IT.
• Create high-level process models (system interface diagrams, workflow and swim lane diagrams, and data flow diagrams) to represent processes for the area under analysis.
• Empower the business by creating value through increased adoption of data standards, industry best practices, and business intelligence.
• Improve data quality in relation to defined expectations.
• Analyze system data to identify patterns, exceptions, and erroneous data.
