Job description

The Inside Sales Manager is responsible for overseeing the Inside Sales team in our Global Service Center, Manila. This role involves managing the opportunity pipeline of the Inside Sales Team and ensuring that the team meets its sales targets. The manager will work closely with marketing, category manager & field sales teams to optimize lead conversion and drive revenue growth. You will report into a Global Inside Sales team managed from our corporate headquarters in St. Paul

As the Inside Sales Manager you will have the opportunity to tap into your curiosity and collaborate with some of the most innovative people around the world. Here, you will make an impact by:

• Lead generation and conversion of opportunities coming from demand generation activities such as trade shows, digital campaigns, distributor events, etc.
• Analytics & Insights-driven opportunities to augment coverage gaps and expand business
• Channel Influenced opportunities: Accelerate the conversion of opportunities coming from Distributors
• Churn protection and penetration: Maintain sales and prevent sales erosion in customers. Use data intelligence to drive recovery and penetration of all portfolios in small and medium accounts and accounts not assigned to field reps.

Your Skills and Expertise

To set you up for success in this role from day one, 3M requires the following qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree or higher
• Four (4) years relevant sales / customer service experience in a private, public, government or military environment
• Experience leading high performing teams
• CRM Platform experience: Familiarity with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot)
