Job summary

SAN MIGUEL HOLDINGS CORP. is seeking a skilled economic/financial analyst to support the evaluation of infrastructure projects and due diligence reports.

You will assist in economic, value-for-money and project financial reviews, prepare feasibility studies, bid documents, and communications while ensuring timelines and directives are met. Strong analytical skills and clear written/verbal communication are essential.

Qualifications

• Graduate of Engineering, Economics, Finance, or related discipline.
• At least 3 to 5 years of relevant professional experience.
• Experience in transport planning and economic assessment is an advantage.
• Basic knowledge of economic analysis and transport planning/engineering principles.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficient in technical research, report writing, and data analysis.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Prepare economic, value for money and project financial reviews and assessments.
• Assist in the preparation and peer review of Due Diligence Reports, Project Feasibility Report, Situational Assessment, Bid Documents, Proposals and Communications to internal office units and external entities.
• Assist in the financial evaluation for bidding of various infrastructure projects.
• Assist in the evaluation of project proposals submitted by technical partners, consultants and contractors including progress reports and billing variation orders.
• Assist in the preparation of project evaluation forms by government agencies.
• Assist the Department in ensuring compliance with the timelines, guidelines and various directives.
