Role Overview

The Infrastructure and Capacity Planning Lead for Distribution Network Optimization (DNO) is responsible for analyzing strategic improvements to the company’s distribution network considering warehouse utilization, both production and sales requirements, together with transport cost optimization.

Responsibilities
  1. Support strategic Distribution Network Optimization (DNO) initiatives together with Logistics Team by analyzing transport and warehouse costs to identify cost reduction and efficiency improvements.

  2. Develop network models and simulations to support strategic decisions on warehouse expansion, relocation, or consolidation aligned with overall Logistics plan.

  3. Coordinate with Logistics and Capacity Planning teams to ensure alignment on warehouse space availability and requirements and sourcing strategies.

Requirements
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Industrial Engineering or Management Engineering

  • Experience in logistics and supply chain (highly preferred)

  • Experienced in warehouse and transport operations, and project management

  • Familiarity with warehouse operations and collaboration with logistics and procurement teams

  • Strong analytical, strategic thinking, and problem-solving skills

  • Understanding of geographic locations for network planning

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (especially Excel)
