2GO Group is seeking an experienced information security leader to shape the enterprise security strategy, roadmap, and governance for a subsidiary. You will work with the Cybersecurity Manager and managed services provider to drive security across people, processes, and technology while enabling business growth.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science in Information Security, IT or equivalent.
• At least 9 years of relevant experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead information security strategy, roadmap, governance and control framework aligned with NIST CSF and CIS Controls.
• Assess and strengthen cyber risk posture with vulnerability assessments, pentesting, threat intel and maturity reporting.
• Lead incident response planning, tabletop exercises, business continuity and recovery procedures, acting as Incident Commander.
• Embed security across applications and technology acquisitions via Secure SDLC, architecture reviews, app/cloud security assessments, and vendor risk management.
• Champion security assurance and audit readiness, drive security awareness programs and report risks to leadership.

You’ll play a pivotal role in protecting the business and enabling it to move forward with confidence. As a group-level individual contributor, you’ll shape the information security strategy, roadmap, and policies for a subsidiary, turning security priorities into meaningful business impact. Working closely with the subsidiary’s Cybersecurity Manager and managed cybersecurity services provider, you’ll champion consistent security practices, strengthen cyber resilience, and help create a safer, more secure environment for our people, customers, and operations.

Your mission:

• Lead the information security strategy, roadmap, and governance , establishing the security program, risk register, and control framework aligned with NIST CSF and CIS Controls .
• Assess and strengthen the organization’s cyber risk and security posture , integrating vulnerability assessments, penetration testing, threat intelligence, and control maturity into actionable risk ratings and executive reporting.
• Drive cybersecurity resilience and incident response , including incident response planning and tabletop exercises, business continuity and recovery procedures, and serving as Incident Commander for security events.
• Embed security across applications and technology acquisitions , leading Secure SDLC, security architecture reviews, application/cloud security assessments, and third-party/vendor risk management , including security requirements and contract provisions.
• Champion security assurance and culture , driving audit and compliance readiness, validating managed security services, delivering security awareness programs, and communicating key risks, progress, and resource needs to leadership.
