Job summary

Teleperformance in Makati is seeking a Security Engineer to develop, maintain, and support secure Teleperformance solutions across hardware, software, and network systems.

You will focus on information security design, implement controls like next-generation firewalls, IDS, URL filtering, and related technologies while communicating complex concepts to varied audiences in a global, collaborative environment.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in Information Security (Required)
• 3+ years of experience with anti-virus software, intrusion detection, content filtering, and firewalls
• Experience in a system administration role supporting multiple platforms and applications
• Basic scripting languages; bash, powershell, python, perl
• Industry certifications such as SANS (GCIH, GPEN, GWAT, GXPN, GCFA, GCFE, GREM) or Offensive Security (OSCP, OSWE, OSCE, OSEE)

The focus of the Security Engineer will be responsible for the development, maintenance, and support of Teleperformance solutions related to our current and future hardware, software and/or network systems. This position will have a strong focus on information security design and implementation. In this role, you will ensure appropriate system resources and configuration are in place to support secure enterprise solutions. Primary responsibilities include support and administration of next-generation firewall, IDS, URL filtering, and other related technologies. The candidate must have a curious investigative mind, an interest in information security, and the ability to communicate complex ideas to varied audiences.
