Titalker Service Philippines Inc. is seeking a results-driven leader to manage influencer partnerships and drive business growth across digital platforms.

You will combine creator relationship management, strategic prospecting, partnership development, and customer acquisition to strengthen brand visibility and boost revenue. You will scout creators, negotiate contracts, and develop campaigns that increase sales while identifying new revenue streams.

Qualifications

• Experience in influencer marketing, partnerships, business development, sales, or related fields.
• Strong communication, negotiation, relationship-building, and stakeholder management skills.
• Confidence engaging with creators, prospects, and partners across digital channels.
• Knowledge of social media platforms, influencer trends, email outreach, and LinkedIn prospecting.
• Commercial awareness to identify opportunities for revenue and customer growth.
• Excellent organization and ability to manage multiple relationships and campaigns.

Responsibilities

• Scout and evaluate creators who align with the brand, target audience, and commercial objectives.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with influencers and multi-platform content creators.
• Lead partnership discussions and negotiate contracts, deliverables, timelines, and commercial terms.
• Develop influencer campaigns and engagement strategies that increase brand awareness and sales.
• Identify new revenue streams and assess opportunities for sustainable business growth.
• Cultivate strategic partnerships with prospective clients, collaborators, and industry stakeholders.
• Drive customer acquisition through targeted outreach, including email prospecting and LinkedIn engagement.
• Track partnership and outreach performance, share insights, and refine strategies to improve results.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure campaigns and partnerships are delivered effectively.
