Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Apply paint and coatings to machinery and equipment.
• Prepare surfaces by cleaning, sanding, masking, and priming.
• Mix paints to match colors and ensure consistency.
• Inspect finished surfaces for coverage, smoothness and adhesion.
• Maintain painting equipment and tools; clean and calibrate as needed.
• Follow safety protocols and wear PPE; manage hazardous materials as required.
• Keep records of materials used and work performed.
• Collaborate with engineers, technicians, and production managers.
• Identify opportunities for process improvements and cost savings.
• Stay updated on new painting techniques and materials.
