Job summary

Bostik Philippines is seeking an Industrial Engineering student for a hands-on internship within our Supply Chain team. This role offers exposure to process mapping, data analysis, inventory management, and continuous improvement initiatives, with responsibilities across end-to-end supply chain activities.

You will document processes, assist in optimization projects, analyze logistics data, monitor inventory and warehouse operations, and coordinate with cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering.
• Internship must be a required component of the university curriculum.
• Must be able to render the internship hours required by the university.
• Knowledge of process mapping, data analysis, and continuous improvement concepts is an advantage.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and other Microsoft Office applications.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Willing to work primarily in Taytay, Rizal, with occasional onsite assignments in Tanay, Rizal and Ortigas Center, Pasig.

Responsibilities

• Assist in documenting and mapping end-to-end supply chain processes.
• Support process improvement and operational efficiency initiatives.
• Gather, analyze, and report supply chain and logistics data.
• Assist in monitoring inventory movement and warehouse operations.
• Support logistics coordination and supply chain planning activities.
• Participate in continuous improvement projects using Industrial Engineering principles.
• Help identify process gaps, bottlenecks, and opportunities for optimization.
• Prepare reports, presentations, and process documentation as needed.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to support operational requirements.
• Perform other supply chain and logistics-related tasks assigned by the team.
