Job summary

CACl International Inc. is seeking an experienced Contested Logistics Planner, Journeyman to support contested logistics planning and theater sustainment across the Indo-Pacific.

The role involves developing, coordinating, and executing logistics plans to sustain operations in contested and austere environments. You will work with government stakeholders, transportation coordinators, and engineers to identify risks and craft adaptive sustainment strategies ensuring mission continuity.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience supporting logistics planning, supply chain management, operational logistics, transportation planning, deployment planning, or theater sustainment for government or DoD programs.
• Experience supporting DoD, Joint, Combatant Command, Service Component, or Special Operations organizations.
• Experience developing logistics plans, movement plans, or sustainment documentation.
• Experience coordinating cross-functional logistics activities involving transportation, warehousing, or operational support.
• Demonstrated ability to prepare logistics reports, planning products, and operational briefings for government leadership.
• Knowledge of Joint Publication 4-0/4-01/4-09 and PACE planning methodologies.

Responsibilities

• Develop contested logistics plans for degraded, denied, and austere environments.
• Coordinate planning activities for theater sustainment and mission support operations.
• Develop PACE logistics plans for personnel, equipment, and sustainment movement.
• Analyze environments to identify vulnerabilities and risks in logistics.
• Coordinate with transportation planners, movement control, and engineers to synchronize sustainment operations.
• Support RSIOI, theater opening, and JTDC planning activities.
• Prepare logistics estimates, route analyses, and briefing materials for leadership.
• Collaborate with Joint, interagency, coalition, and commercial partners.
