• Proven track record in developing, executing, and optimising marketing campaigns and growth initiatives.
• Strong analytical skills with experience interpreting data, generating insights, and presenting recommendations to senior stakeholders and executive teams.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and cross-functional leadership capabilities.
• Proficiency in marketing technologies, CRM platforms, reporting tools, and data visualization solutions.

Responsibilities

• Lead and execute acquisition, activation, onboarding, and engagement strategies to improve productivity, retention, and overall experience.
• Develop targeted marketing campaigns and community engagement initiatives to strengthen participation and loyalty.
• Analyze market trends, onboarding metrics, and campaign performance to identify opportunities, mitigate risks, and provide strategic recommendations to senior leadership.
• Partner with fleet operators, operations teams, and cross-functional stakeholders to align initiatives with business objectives and growth targets.
• Establish communication, coaching, and support frameworks for newly onboarded employees, ensuring a successful transition during their first month.
• Drive continuous improvement across marketing, onboarding, training, and engagement programmes while ensuring compliance with company policies and industry regulations.
