Job summary

Techdynamics OPC is seeking an energetic Sales Promoter to represent and sell DJI digital products. You will engage with customers, promote items, and help them choose suitable products to meet their needs at SM Mall of Asia.

The role focuses on delivering excellent in-store experiences, achieving sales targets, and providing after-sales support. Training is provided to get you up to speed in a dynamic retail environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in sales or customer service is a plus.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Willing to work on-site in SM Mall of Asia.
• Willing to learn (paid training provided).

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner.
• Promote and sell DJI digital products while achieving assigned sales targets.
• Recommend suitable products based on customer needs.
• Ensure customers have a positive and comfortable product experience.
• Handle customer inquiries and provide after-sales support.
• Maintain assigned sales areas and support market activities.
