Job summary

You will regularly observe production processes, report defects, and work with production teams and engineers to maintain process standards and implement corrective actions.

About the role

This role involves quality inspection and monitoring within a production environment, ensuring products meet established standards and specifications throughout the manufacturing process.

Key responsibilities

• Perform first piece inspection of the first product of the day or batch according to inspection standards, stamp as qualified, and place in designated area

• Regularly observe production processes, operator methods, and adherence to control plans to ensure consistent quality

• Immediately report and notify relevant personnel when defects or deviations occur to prevent batch-level issues

• Consistently track unstable products, report issues to supervisors, and assist in finding timely solutions

• Regularly support in handling of customer complaints and ensure defective and good products are properly segregated in inventory

• Confirm first-piece signatures, verify parts against specifications, and ensure no unqualified products are shipped

• Work closely with production teams, quality managers, and engineers to maintain process standards and implement corrective actions
