Job summary

Lifesports Inc. is seeking an Import & Purchasing Supervisor to lead the Imports & Purchasing team in Pasay, Philippines.

You will manage end-to-end import processes, coordinate with freight forwarders and brokers, and drive cost efficiencies while ensuring compliance with BOC regulations. The role requires 5–7 years in import/purchasing with at least 2 years in a supervisory position and a strong background in procurement, sourcing, and ERP systems.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Customs Administration or related field.
5–7 years of experience in import/purchasing roles.
2+ years in supervisory/leadership capacity.
Strong knowledge of import regulations and INCOTERMS.

Responsibilities

Lead Imports & Purchasing team to ensure on-time processing of inbound shipments.
Oversee end-to-end import process from PO to delivery and customs clearance.
Manage supplier and broker relationships and drive cost improvements.
Coordinate with freight forwarders and brokers; monitor ETAs and bookings.
Ensure compliance with Bureau of Customs (BOC) and government regulations.
Prepare reports on activity, costs, and team productivity.
Maintain accurate records and support procurement planning.
