Job summary

SteelAsia Manufacturing Corporation is seeking a Procurement Executive based in Taguig to manage IMPEX records, process payments for import/export charges, and provide administrative support to the IMPEX team.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Maintain proper document control, filing, and archiving of IMPEX records.
• Process incoming and outgoing transmittals and ensure proper documentation.
• Prepare various reports and perform other administrative duties as assigned.
• Process and monitor RCP (Request for Check Payment) requests.
• Assist the IMPEX team with day-to-day administrative and documentation requirements.
• Performs other related tasks that maybe assigned from time to day to time.
