Responsibilities

• Conduct regular audits of sales and collection transactions to ensure accuracy and compliance with company policies and procedures.
• Identify discrepancies or errors in sales and collection records and investigate root cause.
• Develop and implement corrective actions to address identified issues and improve processes.
• Collaborate with sales and collection teams to provide training and guidance on procedures and policies.
• Monitor and track sales and collection performance metrics to identify trends and areas for improvement.
• Prepare audit reports and present findings to management.
• Stay up-to-date with industry regulations and best practices in sales and collection auditing.
• Assist in other audit-related tasks as needed.
