Qualifications

• Registered Radiologic Technologist (RRT) licensed by the Professional Regulation Commission (PRC).
• 4+ years of clinical experience and 2+ years in a supervisory or leadership role.
• Certified in Radiation Safety and a member of an accredited professional organization.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day performance across all imaging units.
• Design business cases, forecast demand, and implement growth initiatives.
• Monitor adherence to DOH, FDA, PRC, and JCI standards.
• Manage budgeting, asset management, and cost-effective programs.
• Implement processes that improve education, result turnaround, and complaint resolution.
• Lead, coach, and develop staff for continuous improvement.
• Participate in research and training to advance departmental capabilities.
