A leading global home furnishing retailer in Metro Manila is seeking a TEAM LEADER for IKEA Kitchen. This role involves managing a large team, ensuring customer satisfaction, and maintaining operational excellence. Candidates should have at least 3 years of leadership experience in a fast-paced food or retail environment. A passion for food and people is essential. Reporting to the Kitchen Food Manager, this TEAM LEADERroleis responsible forthe development of the IKEA business in his/her respective area of responsibility: IKEA Kitchen. He/Shestrives to make people smile while providing irresistible food offers in a welcoming atmosphere that gives the customers a good reason toreturn again.

This role requires flexibility in work hours depending on store operational requirements. Working on public holidays and weekends.
